Nice list, though i think it isn't entirely objective (IMO ofcourse)...For example I believe the NVA to be much more 'polite' (as you call it) then stain to guests... Never been shoot by them (without warning that is ;) - afk

If some people have a slower connection and older hardware and pc pirates would use that against them (im not saying they are, personally i haven't seen that happen yet), it would be an exploit without a doubt. So please stop blaming peoples hardw...
